Respiratory exam: right-sided pleural effusion

(*failed to notice needle marks on chest, report on RR, request for temp chart)

Cardiovascular exam: MR + AS

(*failed to pick up radiation of murmur, radiofemoral delay)

Fortunately, our doctor said our group all passed ^^
